Payment for sales within the USA can be made via Certified Check, Money Order, Bank Check, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), Wire Transfer or Personal Check. For sales outside the USA, payment must be made via International Bank Wire Funds Transfer.

Return Policies
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your purchase, you must first CALL me at 615-708-7783 within 48 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization (except for Custom Orders and Layaways, which are non-returnable). I will immediately refund the full purchase price (less original shipping and insurance charges) upon the return of the merchandise, provided it is received back IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN SHIPPED. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.

Custom Orders
A 50% minimum non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering a Custom Instrument. The remaining balance due must be paid in full prior to the instrument's actual completion.
