Payment Policies
Payment can be made by cashiers check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), bank wire transfer (call for details) or personal check. Needless to say, personal checks must first "clear the bank" (taking about 10 business days) before shipment can occur. For sales outside the USA, payment must be made via either International Money Order (payable in US funds) or International Bank Wire Funds Transfer.

Return Policies
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your purchase, you must first CALL me at 615-708-7783 within 48 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization (except for Custom Orders and Layaways, which are non-returnable). I will immediately refund the full purchase price (less a 5% re-stocking fee) upon the return of the merchandise, provided it is received back IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN SHIPPED. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.

Custom Orders
A 50% minimum non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering a Custom Instrument. The remaining balance due must be paid in full prior to the instrument's actual completion.

Other Policies
All in-stock merchandise is subject to prior sale. Iowa residents pay 7% state sales tax. Not responsible for typographical errors.
